To date, I have heard from so many women who have experienced stress and burnout in their lives. For some, these moments have served as an impetus to try something new and for others, the experience left them feeling stuck. Really stuck. In my journey, being able to label my experience allowed me to get clear and honest about my needs and begin to imagine my next steps. This week, I share and define stress, burnout, compassion fatigue, and empathy blocks...all of which can kill our joy. I no longer want you to feel stuck, burned out, or alone.
